Decided to try this place while in town. It was less than a mile from my hotel. I tried the Big Breakfast which comes with 2 eggs any style, 2 bacon slices, 2 sausage links, ham, hash browns, and toast or pancakes, it'll cost ya 13.75. I opted for the pancakes and added blueberries plus a side of turkey sausage. I had no idea it would be so much food! Everything was delicious and my server was top notch, sorry I can't remember your name, thought I saved my receipt. If highly recommend this place. I don't think there was an empty seat on the restaurant.

This is very similar to the Pancake House menu. They serve baked omelettes, the mushroom sherry sauce, and the German pancake thingy. They also have a small lunch menu, regular omelettes and specials. There was a short wait on a Sunday after 12. Service was good and it was packed and pretty loud. I'd go back again; their food is really good.

The Pancake Factory is an absolute gem! Their pancakes are nothing short of perfection—fluffy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The homemade whipped cream takes them to another level, adding the perfect touch of sweetness and creaminess. And let’s talk about the bacon—crispy, but never overdone, just the way it should be! On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. Christina was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and always there with a fresh pot of coffee. You couldn’t reach the bottom of your cup if you tried! If you’re looking for a top-notch breakfast spot, this is it. Can’t wait to come back!

Fantastic experience. Great food. Mike was super attentive and very informative on the menu options. Portions were plentiful and there was adequate seating. Highly recommended.

Place is very busy on the weekends, but the food is worth it. Servers do a great job keeping your coffee topped off and water filled. I have gotten the omlettes twice, and they are large. Haven't gotten the hash browns, but the side of pancakes are delicious. Definitely recommend, as long as you don't mind the wait.

Just came from the pancake factory in Shelby Township. I’ll admit that when my wife first asked to go there I was a little skeptical because not all pancake places know how to cook good pancakes. Soon as I got in, I was thoroughly surprised by the selection that they have of pancakes, crepes, and types of pancakes and even food for the regular menu. The service our server Terri was awesome. She was knowledgeable. She helped us understand me well. And let’s get to the food the food was phenomenal. The crepes were fluffy light homemade whipped cream. That was tasty and delicious. The fruit that was on it was beautiful felt fresh. My wife’s food she ordered the grilled chicken pita, and she said she just loved that she barely had to add any condiments to it and it was just perfect for her pallet. The last thing is they have these cool Dutch oven pancakes we didn’t get a chance to try them today because they said it’ll take 25 minutes to cook and we were just on a time crunch today, but we will be back to try those Dutch oven pancakes, but you could look below for some pictures and if you go check it out, please tell them that Koron the best eatery reviewer sent you.

Simply the best! We love this restaurant, have been coming here for more than 20 years. Food is always great and the service is top notch. Give it a try if you haven’t been here before! Pumpkin pancakes and biscuit platter today was scrumptious!

The factory breakfast bowl, special cherry cheesecake waffle, and southwestern omelette were all incredibly delicious. The hot coffee was also quite enjoyable. I will definitely be returning for another visit.
